In this episode of the Keep agile Keep Farming podcast we chat to Celia Gaze, founder of the Wellbeing Farm, author and multiple award winner. Celia has much to share from her experience and wants others to benefit from it and prepare them for some of the potential obstacles they may encounter on their farm diversification journey.
Farm diversification can be a great way to adapt to new opportunities or change and add another stream of farm-based income to increase farm resilience. But how do you go about it, find the right idea and courage to pull it off?
Celia, who has gone through the rollercoaster of farm-diversification first hand shares some important do's and don'ts from her experience and how crazy ideas can change your life and farm for the better. She is a great example of how keeping agile and open-minded can help change the direction of a business and open up new opportunities. Her story is also very relevant when it comes to stress management and improving wellbeing, which has been a major issue during the Covid 19 crisis.
Tune into our chat with Celia in Episode 4 of the Keep Agile Keep Farming Podcast
